Pavilion Damansara Heights is directly accessible from Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur via the SPRINT Highway. The developer has also introduced a new elevated highway – the Bangsar-Damansara elevated highway – to help divert traffic from Damansara Town Centre coming into the development.

The development for Pavilion Damansara Heights is separated into two phases. Phase 1 comprises five storeys of retail, seven corporate towers for en-bloc sale, and three residential towers – Windsor Suites, Regent Suites, and Crown Residences. Built-ups range from 605 sq ft – 2,803 sq ft.

Phase 2 will see the construction of an additional seven-storey retail podium, corporate tower, and two more residential towers – Imperial Residences and Royal Suites. Built-ups range from 452 sq ft – 4,090 sq ft. Residents with units comprising more than two bedrooms will be assigned two parking lots.

All corporate towers are designed to meet BCA Green Mark and MDEC accreditations, and will range from 11 – 25 storeys high. The Pavilion Lifestyle Mall will span almost 1.2 million sq ft of premium retail space.
